The following terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and Arts-Zine Marketplace Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing anything from this website

When you place an order with us, you are making a firm contract with us to buy goods. Payment is taken by a secure payment method at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this & refund you in full

When you order, you will need to provide us with your name, address, delivery address (if different), email address & telephone number

All orders are placed in English and all prices are stated in dollars

All prices are inclusive of tax unless otherwise stated

We accept Visa, MasterCard & debit cards.

We reserve the right to change prices of products without notice due to circumstances beyond our control

All delivery dates are approximate, once the item has left our warehouse the time it takes to arrive to you is beyond our control, and therefore we cannot be held accountable for slow delivery but will always do everything we can to track your order

All our products are made by young Moroccan craftsmen. The craftsmen try to fuse modern art with Moroccan crafts, using traditional techniques. This means that our products are liable to the odd small differences, which makes them unique, unlike mass-produced factory made items. Please take this into consideration when purchasing our products

Colors shown on this website are shown as accurately as possible, though the viewing experience may vary due to a number of factors such as the computer screen you are using and the display settings that are in place

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone call. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and issue a refund straight away. If it has been shipped, then please allow for the item to arrive, then return it to us for a refund.

Force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract)

In a case of force majeure, Arts-Zine Marketplace or buyers will be released from all or part of their obligations. Cases of “force majeure” are principally, but not exclusively, war, riots, strikes, lock-outs, epidemics, cancellation of transportation, absence of raw materials, impediments resulting from regulations imposed by the Authorities on import or export trade, exchange or internal economic regulations, accidents or any other cause leading to the unemployment of all or any places of work
Involved parties are bound to inform other parties within seven days following the event. Should the suspension last longer than 15 (fifteen) business days following notification, the order will be considered as cancelled and Arts-Zine Marketplace will refund the buyer the total amount previously paid within 15 (fifteen) business days.

Cookies

As with most other internet websites, Arts-Zine Marketplace uses cookies (a cookie is a file registered on the visitors’ computers. It is sent by Arts-Zine Marketplace server. It does not disrupt the normal functioning of the computer. It records a trace of a visit to Arts-Zine Marketplace and data related to this visit). Cookies are mainly used for the good functioning of Arts-Zine Marketplace, easing the visitors’ navigation and bettering Arts-Zine Marketplace’s service for them. Visitors may choose to disable the use of cookies by altering the relevant preferences on their computer.

Returns

Arts-Zine Marketplace shall not be liable for the loss of a package sent by a buyer. Therefore, Arts-Zine Marketplace strongly advises to choose a transporter providing an online tracking number for the returned package.
On their return journey, items are sent at the risk and expenses of buyers, therefore Arts-Zine Marketplace strongly advises to opt for an insurance covering risk of damage over the return transportation, and to take all appropriate measures for optimal protection of the Items when packing them.
All returns shall be made by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, along with Items returned in their original packaging. Returns will be made to the address indicated by Arts-Zine Marketplace upon delivery and order confirmation.

Noncompliance

It is up to the buyer to verify that the delivered item conforms to his order before signing any delivery document
If an anomaly is found, the buyer will indicate his observations directly on the delivery document, which he will sign. Taking pictures is recommended
If a serious anomaly is found (torn, open, missing or damaged packaging), the buyer will refuse the package and will specify on the delivery document the reasons for his refusal
The conformity check is considered to have been carried out once the buyer or any person authorized to receive the package on his behalf has signed the delivery document, without observation
In the event of noncompliance, the buyer must, within seven working days of receipt of the package, express his observation:

i) to the carrier, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of which he will keep a copy,

ii) Arts-Zine customer service.
This procedure is intended to facilitate the demonstration of the proof of the non-conformity of the creations. Any complaint made outside this period or not indicated on the delivery slip at the time of delivery cannot be taken into account.
